A candidate's digital footprint reveals what a CV cannot: their communication style, professional reputation, public interests, and consistency between claimed expertise and demonstrated knowledge.
Lumi analyses publicly accessible profiles across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and runs a web search to surface professional blogs and other public content. Anything that could raise concerns, whether unprofessional behavior, conflicting information, or content inappropriate for the role, is automatically flagged across every post and surfaced for hiring manager review before it influences a decision.

07 Can I use Lumi for CQC/Ofsted-regulated roles?
Yes. Lumi supports compliance by providing documented assessment decisions, flagged employment gaps, role exaggeration detection, bias checking, and exportable audit trails. Lumi does NOT replace mandatory DBS checks, right to work verification, reference checks, or Single Central Record management. These remain your responsibility.
08 What happens with AI-generated CVs?
Enhanced Assessments go beyond the document. We generate dynamic questions from each CV, monitor real-time responses for consistency, and identify gaps between what candidates claim and what they can demonstrate. AI can write a perfect CV, but it can't answer adaptive questions in real time.
09 How does Lumi handle international qualifications?
Our system recognises equivalencies across 150+ countries. For example, we understand that a "License in Psychology" (Spain) = "Bachelor of Psychology" (UK). Where direct equivalencies aren't clear, we flag for human review rather than rejecting automatically.
