1 credit = 1 CV assessment. 10 credits = 1 Enhanced Assessment. Need more in a busy month? Extra credits are £0.595 each. All plans are monthly rolling, or 10% off when billed annually.
*A live role assumes roughly 180 applicants, all CV-assessed, with a shortlist of around 10 taken to an Enhanced Assessment (about 300 credits). Busy, high-volume roles use more, smaller roles use fewer. Each role can produce more than one hire from the same assessed pool, so this is the number of vacancies you can run, not a cap on hires.
✦ The price story
What a hire really costs.
Most teams know the salary of the person they are hiring. Far fewer know what the hiring itself cost, because it is spread across so many places. The hours spent reading CVs. The agency fee. The quiet, expensive weeks a seat sits empty.
So we added it up. A single mid-level UK hire costs a business between £12,000 and £30,000 all in, and takes around two months to fill. Most of that is not the invoice you can see. It is time. A role left open costs £200 to £500 a day, and a new starter takes about three months to reach full output.
So we built our pricing around the number that actually matters: cost per hire. Not per seat. Not per feature. Per hire.
We hire this way too. One of our own high-volume roles, May 2026:
- Applied 800 every one assessed
- Screened 70 enhanced assessments
- Speed 6 days to first offer
- Hired 2 from one pool
- Spend £295 total for the month
- Per hire ~£148 vs £3,700+ via an agency
Every one of those applicants got a CV assessment and written feedback, and the strongest 70 went through an enhanced assessment. Two hires like that through an agency would have cost between £7,300 and £19,000. Through Lumi they cost £295, about the same as one open week of the vacancy. We price low on purpose. We would rather you assess every applicant on every role than buy this and let it sit. At about £100 a hire, you stop rationing who gets a fair look.
✦ Pricing questions
Common pricing questions.
01 How do credits work?
1 credit = 1 CV assessment. 10 credits = 1 Enhanced Assessment.
02 Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
03 How quickly can we be up and running?
Start and Growth: 3–5 business days with onboarding support. Scale and Enterprise: 2–4 weeks with dedicated implementation and training.
04 What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy extra credits any time at £0.595 each. If you find yourself topping up regularly, moving up a tier usually works out cheaper, and we'll flag that for you.
